After joining MU CHUAN, you will receive a short message of the member ID from us. If not, the reason may be that

1. your mobile phone number might be wrong. Please call the operating center concerned and confirm the mobile phone number you gave us.

2. If you still did not receive the short message, call our customer service center 0800-555131.

Is the membership of MU CHUAN required to buy commodities? 2017-10-23T18:05:48+00:00

We implement the membership system and only our member has the right to buy commodities. We recommend you to buy our products through the dealer who introduce MU CHUAN to you, or ask the dealer to recommend you. Then you may complete the membership application form and join us using the app.
After becoming a MU CHUAN member, you can buy our products immediately. Please remember not to buy the products on the Internet that have an unknown source or label to protect your rights. If you have any other questions, please call our customer service center 0800-555131.

How can I join MU CHUAN? 2017-10-23T18:07:49+00:00

You need a MU CHUAN licensed dealer to recommend you. The dealer application form must be completed and submitted together with the purchase order over the counter or online to join us as a member. If applying for the membership online, you need to submit all the original documents to the company within 5 days to finish the procedure of application according to the Multilevel Marketing Management Regulation of the Fair Trade Commission. Any entity that plans to join MU CHUAN as a dealer need the recommendation from a MU CHUAN licensed dealer. The following documents are needed:
1. Dealer application form and purchase order
2. a photocopy of the business registration certificate or the official approval document or letter from the competent authority for the foundation of the company; The photocopy must be affixed with the private and company stamps
3. a photocopy of the ID card (front and back sides) of the responsible person and the bank account of the company, respectively.
If there is a bonus or commission in the current month, a triple invoice with the commission income as the item name must be issued in time and sent to the company for payment. If you have any other questions, please call our customer service center 0800-555131.

Who has the qualification to join MU CHUAN? 2017-10-23T18:09:05+00:00

1. The recommendation from a MU CHUAN licensed dealer is needed.
2. The resident who is 20 years old or order and has the nationality of the Republic of China. The person who is over 18 and less than 20 needs the written consent of the guardian.
3. A photocopy of the ID card (front and back sides) and the bank account, respectively, with a completed membership application form and purchase order.

A photocopy of your effective passport and ID card of your nationality is needed respectively. Then complete the purchase order, pay an entrance fee of NT$1,000, and select a set of commodities to acquire the membership of MU CHUAN.

Only the person over 20 is qualified to become a dealer. A written consent of the guardian is needed for the person who is over 18 and less than 20. If you have any other questions, please call our customer service center 0800-555131.

Can the dealer print out the MU CHUAN marks (company name or logo) and apply them to the stationary or daily commodities, or distribute them publicly without MU CHUAN’s prior consent? 2017-10-23T18:21:08+00:00

No dealer is allowed to print out MU CHUAN business marks or distribute any stationary or daily commodities attached with these marks without finishing the application procedure and acquiring the prior consent of the company. What is the procedure for succeeding the right of direct sale when a MU CHUAN dealer passes away? 2017-10-23T18:24:35+00:00

For succeeding the right of direct sale due to passing, it is needed to complete the special change application form. The dealer who gave the recommendation and attached with the following documents must sign the form:
1. the membership application form of the successor (with the reference unchanged).
2. a photocopy of the certificate of death, or an original household registration transcript, or a photocopy of the household certificate.
3. an inheritance tree diagram and an affidavit of waiving the right to the inheritance.

Training course

How can a dealer borrow the room from the operating center for education training? 2017-10-23T18:26:55+00:00

Only the dealer who reaches up to a specified level can apply for the room. Go to the operating center from which the room is to be borrowed, compete the application form personally, and submit required documents to the personnel at the counter. If you have any other questions, please contact the operating center or your MU CHUAN dealer.

Can the dealer make extracts from or acquire the works that MU CHUAN published (e.g. handouts of the intensive or leadership training courses) and apply them to the advertising DMs, any books for educational training, or any flyers for distribution purpose without prior consent? 2017-10-23T18:27:54+00:00

No dealer is allowed to make extracts from or acquire the works that MU CHUAN published without finishing the application procedure and acquiring the prior consent of the company, nor shall the dealer print them on the DM, education training books or any leaflets or distribute them. Otherwise, the dealer may infringe the copyright of MU CHUAN and violate the Copyright Act.

Order and payment

For the members in Taiwan, only VISA, MasterCard, and JCB cards issued by all the banks are accepted.

Currently, orders can be placed in the field, using app, and online.

The payment can be made by cash, remittance, ATM transfer, credit card and postal transfer. A receipt is needed when placing the order if the payment is made by ATM transfer, remittance, or postal transfer.

There is no any limit.

Products

1. IGF: One tablet after the meal is recommended. Don’t take more than one tablet per day. More tablets do not have better effectiveness.
2.Pumail: 1~3 packs every day with an empty belly
3.H.Food: 1~2 packs every day. Put a pack of the product in 200 ml of cold to warm water. Stir the mixture evenly and drink it. The concentration is adjustable depending on personal preference. Please drink the product with the full amount of water.
4.Energy Nutrients: Take 20g of the powder and add it to 200ml cold to warm water. Stir the mixture evenly and drink it. The concentration is adjustable depending on personal preference.

Function Plant (powder and beverage)
Put a pack of the product in 200-400 ml of cold to warm water. Stir the mixture evenly and drink it. The concentration is adjustable depending on personal preference. The water shall be at temperature of lower than 40°C.

The water purifier provides a warranty period of one year for the damage due to non-human factors. The filter is not covered by the warranty. (It is consumable and needs to be changed every 3 months).

We have a variety of series products. Some of them are made in Taiwan and others are made overseas. Our proprietary patents currently protect all of our products.

Pumail contains lumbrokinase and IGF is an extract from pig placenta. They are not suitable for vegetarians.

Logistics and shipment

Go to Dealer→Order Information→Performance Month→Search. Then select the order you need and click the consignment note number to link to the t-cat website, and you can view the status of the transport there.

Can I specify the arriving time of the product? 2017-10-24T12:36:05+00:00

We commission HCT Logistics to transport our products, so you cannot specify the arriving time. However, you can specify the time section of arrival such as 9-12 in the morning, 12-17 in the afternoon, or 17-20 in the evening. The actual time of arrival depends on the transport status of the day, but the time section you select will be the first priority.

The system shows that the product has been delivery to my order, but I did not receive it. Why? 2017-10-24T12:37:08+00:00

It is recommended to ask your relative, neighbor or the personnel of the administration center to make sure if they have received the product for you. If not, contact our customer service personnel and we will deal with the matter as soon as possible.

The logistics department distributes and packs the products depending on the quantity and the delivery service company sends the goods depending on the transport status (quantity, size…) on the same day. Hence, it is normal when you receive the products at different times on the same day. However, please check the goods for their quantity and make sure that the products and their quantity are correct. If you have any question, call our customer service personnel and we will serve your as soon as possible.

Can I use my P.O. Box in place of the address to receive the products? 2017-10-24T12:39:15+00:00

We are sorry. The goods are transported by the delivery service company and they must be handed over to you against your signature. P.O. Box is not acceptable.

When can I receive the products after I finish the ordering procedure? 2017-10-24T12:40:12+00:00

The products will arrive within 3-5 workdays after you finished the ordering procedure. 7-9 workdays are needed for the delivery to the offshore islands, unless the goods are picked up in the field. The actual time of arrival depends on the transport status of the day, but the time section you select will be the first priority. Check the progress immediately if you did not receive the goods after the expected arriving time.

1. Check the items and their quantity on the delivery to make sure they are correctness.
2. Check the appearance and make sure there is no damage or the seal is not removed.
3. No replacement of the product is accepted after you receive it with your signature.
4. Keep the delivery note and invoice in custody.

When receiving the product, it must be checked together with the delivery person to make sure the item and quantities are correct. Replacement of the product is not acceptable any more after you receive and confirm the product with your signature. Please understand.

Consultation about turn/replacement of goods

7-day cooling-off period (not trial period) is provided for every product. This period is calculated from the date next to the day when the product is received. The same is applicable to the case in which the product is received by the personnel of the administration center, through the mailroom of the building, or by any relative of the recipient. The product must be kept as is. Call our customer service center (0800-555131) and the let the personnel there help you.

Compensation query

When will the compensation be remitted to my account? 2017-10-24T12:47:19+00:00

Your compensation of the last month will be remitted to your special compensation account on the 15th and 30th days of the month. (If the last day is an official or national holiday, the remittance will be postponed.) (Ex.: The compensation for the performance from March 1, 2017 to March 15, 2017 is paid on May 30.) Please check your account on the 15th and 30th days of the month and make sure the compensation has been remitted to your account.

I did not receive my compensation after the 15th and 30th days of the next month. Why? 2017-10-24T12:48:26+00:00

The following 3 reasons may explain why the compensation is not received on time. 1. You might not give us the photocopy of your bank account when you joined us; 2. the compensation of the month is less than 100 dollars; or 3. the compensation of the month has been calculated when you provide the photocopy of your bank account. Any of these factors may lead to failure in the remittance of the compensation to the account. If you did not receive the compensation due to the factor other than these reasons, please contact our customer service center 0800-555131.

How can an entity acquiring the MU CHUAN membership deal with the taxation problems? 2017-10-24T12:49:36+00:00

When an entity joins MU CHUAN in the name of a legal person, we will indicate the uniform business code of the entity on the invoice for its order. The invoice amount is the same as the amount of the commodities that it buys. If you order any products in the current month and want to receive your compensation, you need to issue an invoice and send (or mail) it to the operating center before the 8th day (or earlier in case of holiday) of the month. (Item name on the invoice: commission income; title: MU CHUAN; uniform business code: 42827307) If you have any question, please call our financial department (02-25552828).

Taxation

1. Product reporting in the field: The invoice is provided to the product reporting personnel when you joined MU CHUAN.
2.Online product reporting on official website or app: The company distributes and packs the ordered product depending on the quantity. Your invoice may be packed in one of the cartons, so you need to double-check the cartons when your receive all of your products. If you have any question, please contact our online customer service personnel. We will serve you as soon as possible.

I join MU CHUAN as an individual. Can I issue an invoice with the uniform business code of a company? 2017-10-24T12:52:25+00:00

According to the Direct-Selling Act, you cannot issue the invoice with a uniform business number if you joined MU CHUAN as an individual. Only the entity joining us in the name of a legal person is allowed to issue the invoice with a uniform business code.

I joined the company in the name of a legal person. How can I deal with taxation affairs such as the items on the withholding certificate? 2017-10-24T12:54:00+00:00

1. Purchase certificate. A purchase details list covering all the products you bought in a year will be available.
2. 92: the income from the orders you placed in your name.

You can change your personal information from the official website of the company: Home telephone number, office telephone number, fax number, mobile telephone number, mail address, e-mail, and password. You can also go to our operating center, fill in the form, and let the customer service personnel change your personal information for you.
