PD license Q&A
Only the members with the PD license are allowed to recommend commodities to be sold through the Magicgo mall and earn the PD bonus.
You need to finish all the intensive training courses and the PD license will be distributed at the end of the courses. You must receive the license personally on the day when the courses are completed. No license will be issued after the courses.
The supplier can launch its products through our member and no PD license is needed.
If suppliers want to earn the PD bonus, they can apply for membership and participate in our intensive training courses to acquire the PD license and develop other vendors.
To help the members make records easily, the PD license number is the same as the member ID. All the numbers are recorded in the system.
The PD license number is bundles with the member ID. The member ID that has been used for a PD license shall not be used repeatedly for another PD license. You must use another member ID for the qualification to acquire a second PD license.
One member ID is only allowed for one PD license.
Commodities launched in Magicgo Q&A
The PD bonus is paid by Blessings Worldwide.
The commodities that can be sold are limited to the products suitable for delivery service (i.e. the commodities that can be delivered by the freight transport services; no commodities are allowed for sale by voucher) or in compliance with business registration and invoice qualification. (The commodities that are not allowed by the government for online sale shall not be launched.)
The supplier shall provide the incoming price (cost price), suggested price, and market price when registering the commodities. The final selling price is determined by Blessings Worldwide after assessment and the “both parties may confirm the quotation (Attachment) and bring it into effect immediately by e-mail” specified in the master contract shall apply. What the supplier earns is the incoming price that it gave to us.
No. The income of the supplier is equal to the incoming price that it gave to us in case that the member consumes using the rebate or shopping points.
The supplier delivers the commodities directly.
The invoice is sent after the 7-day cooling-off period.
According to the master contract:
For the total sales amount during the period from the 1st to the 15th day in any month, the Supplier shall send an invoice to request the payment within the period from the 16th to the 20th day in the same month. Blessings Worldwide shall make the payment on the 30th day in the same month. (If the last day is a holiday, appropriation of money for the payment will be extended to the next workday.) No service fee will be charged if the transaction is made through the Union Bank of Taiwan or post office.

Rebate, shopping point, and return of goods Q&A
Consumers can use the debate to offset some cash payment when they buy in the Day More, Idol Beauty, Brand House, and contracted shops on the shopping mall platform. Blessings Worldwide issues the invoice and provides our members with the service of free replacement or return within 7 days after the invoice.
Consumers can acquire commodities against their Magicgo points from the Day More, Idol Beauty, Brand House, and contracted shops on the shopping mall platform.
Consumes can acquire commodities against their shopping points from the “Shopping Wallet Center” on the shopping mall platform.
The replace and return service does not cover the commodities acquired against the abovementioned points.
When a consumer notifies the company to replace the goods, the company will notify the supplier to take back the goods for further handling.

This is a 7-day free examination period (not trial period) calculated from the date next to the day when the product is received (depending on the logistics receiving certificate of the third party). If replacement or return of the product is required, do not unpack the product and keep it in the state as it was delivered. The 7-day cooling-off period is excluded for the product that is subject to “The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales” and no replacement or return of the product is accepted:
1. The total preservation period is less than 7 (incl.) days / the goods easy to decay (e.g. milk)
2. Customized goods (made as your wish)
3. Newspaper, periodical, magazine, unpacked computer AV software, online digital service.
4. Unpacked personal hygiene products
The previous provisions are not applicable to the products that are defective in and of themselves. Please take a picture and record the details (e.g. carton, delivery note, defect, and quantity of the goods). Read the “ Notice on return and replacement of products and the qualification” on the next page.
If you did not make required inspection or there is any factor attributable to you and leading to malfunction, breakage, wear, scratch, contamination, damage, loss, or change of the product, your right to return and replace the product will be affected.
Except for the products specified in “The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales”, consumers have the right to return the product within the 7-day cooling-off period after receiving it according to the Consumer Protection Act.
The product returned must be in the state as it is delivered (no scratch) with complete package. Otherwise, no return is accepted (including the main part and all the accessories [power cable, transformer] of the commodity, inner box, carton, Styrofoam, documents attached to the product, giveaways, etc.) As for the product under protection of the copyright, application for replacement and return of the software (including application software and operating system) must be made to the customer service center within 7 days after receiving the product, and the software must not be unpacked. The company will deal with your applicable as soon as possible.
B.Fresh and sea food：
1. According to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of “The Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind the Distance Sales”, the products that “are easy to decay, have a short preservation period, or are about to expire before cancelation of the contract are covered by the reasonable matters specified in the proviso, Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. The fresh and see food has not been subject to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act since January 1, 2016 and the 7-day cooling-off period is not applicable.
2. Replacement and return of the products that meet the following requirements are accepted. Please take pictures and keep the package as is. Put the product in the cold storage or freezing equipment as soon as possible and give a notice by phone or letter immediately on the date when the product is received.：
＞Damage to the product during the transport
＞Inconformity between the quality of the items received and the quantity on the purchase order
＞Bad quality of the product
3. Replacement or return of the product not allowed
＞Shipping list and invoice are not available
＞Products that are unsealed, damaged, scratched, stained or have a broken package
＞Personal taste or cooking methods
＞Bad quality because the consumer did not preserve the products according to the instructions.
Ｃ.Commodities related to personal hygiene products (underwear)：
If any abnormalities or defects are identified after receiving the product, don’t remove the label or wash or try the product, and contact our customer service center within the 7-day cooling-off period. The product shall not be unpacked and must be returned as is and in a brand-new state.
Please ask for and retain the return/replacement voucher of the product to protect your rights.
The 7-day cooling-off period is calculated from the date next to the day when the product is received. The same is applicable to the case in which the product is received by the personnel of the administration center, through the mailroom of the building, or by any relative of the recipient.
